off, you should be aware that Total Package Training
is not for everyone. In order to get the exceptional
results that TPT is designed to deliver, it takes
the kind of determination, perseverance, and
discipline that some people do not have. The
workouts will be hard, they will be frequent, and
you have to stay committed to a healthy eating plan.
They are also fun, they leave you feeling energetic,
and the results will speak for themselves. Because
of this we are very selective with who we will
accept as clients. Only those who we believe will
truly make the effort to include physical fitness
into their lifestyle will be accepted. With this
being said, you do not need to be in shape, or have
prior exercise experience to join Total Package
Training. The workouts will be tailored to your
ability and will progressively become harder as you
improve. The right mental attitude is much more
important for success. So if you think you are ready
to embark on this journey then ask yourself these
four questions: |
- Are you ready to make the time to
exercise 3-5 times per week, for an hour a day, both
with your trainer and if need be on your own?
- Are you willing to push your body to its limit
during your workouts?
- Are you willing to make healthy changes to your
diet?
- Will you only accept the best from your body, in
both appearance and performance?
